    In all the world it's hard to find a facility more fit to maximize the quality of product you will receive.  Quality Pork International's recently-built plant is divided into two processing rooms which include two deboning lines per room.  The product and employee flows were designed to provide optimum efficiency with maximum food safety.

    To ensure the consistent quality of our pork products every time, the deboning areas are maintained at 43 degrees Fahrenheit (6 degrees Celsius), and the fresh meat cooler is maintained at 28 degrees Fahrenheit (-3 degrees Celsius).  Our on-site freezer has both blast cells maintained at -40 degrees Fahrenheit (-40 degrees Celsius) and holding spaces maintained at 0 degrees Fahrenheit (-18 degrees Celsius).

    Temperatures are computer-monitored in all spaces 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  If temperatures vary from normal parameters our engineering staff is automatically contacted for immediate corrective action.
